Being honoured by the President of India, it was a proud moment for the entire Bachchan family and they were all there.

Aishwarya Rai, Jaya Bachchan and Abhishek’s sister Shweta Bachchan-Nanda and her industrialist husband Nikhil were present at the function held in New Delhi. Everyone in the auditorium stood up and applauded when Mr. Bachchan walked on stage to receive the honour from the President. It was a moment that left the superstar moist-eyed.
