Aamir Khan News: Bollywood Biggest Superstar Aamir Khan, the star with the eye for perfection, is of late very busy with his forth coming flicks- Dhobi Ghat’, Peepli Live’, and ‘Delli Belly’.
However, what is gripping his attention as of now is the music composition of his flick ‘Dhobi Ghat’, which is directed by his wife Kiran Rao.
The director Kiran has invited the famous Argentine music composer Gustavo Sanataolla, who is to compose the music for the movie.
Reportedly, Friday saw Kiran very busy taking the great composer to all the spots in Mumbai, where the shooting for the flick had taken place. This was to familiarize the Oscar winning composer with the kind of background used in the flick, so as to get the right essence in the music too.
However, to honor he presence of the great composer in town, Saturday 19 June, will see a party held in Aamir Khan’s residence, with the who’s who of bollywood invited to the bash.
Directors like Karan Johar, Imtiaz Ali, Anurag Basu, Anurag Kashyap, Raj Kumar Hirani, Raj Kumar Hirani Rakyesh Om Prakash Mehra Ronnie Screwala, Kunal Kohli Shantanu Moitra, along with wives if married, and stars like Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Hrithik Roshan,Imran Khan all with wives if married ,are scheduled to attend the big bash.
Kareena Kapoor and Katrina even though invited shall not be able to attend as they are out of Mumbai, shooting for respective films. Aamir also invited Shahrukh, but even he is unable to attend due to being in London.
Gustavo, is a big name in the international circuit, with 2 Oscars, 13 Grammy Awards, this music composer also won the Golden Globe Award for the Most Original song, for the number ‘A Love that never grows old’, from the movie Broke back’.
He has composed soundtrack for the Louis Vuitton film ‘Where will life take you, The Motor cycle Diaries ‘The Insider’, ‘Babei’,etc.
The work on ‘Dhobi Ghat’, by the international composer has not yet begun, but going by things and events, it won’t be long before some great music will be heard from Aamir’s camp.
Now, we hope that, after the bash at Aamir’s place, many others will bag some project with the great composer as well.
