Rani and Shah Rukh caused flash frenzy as they posed together on the red carpet for photogs.

Rani, 32, ditched her jumpsuits for the night as she stepped out in cyan one shoulder dress. Her draped, above knee length dress had a brooched cut-out drop shoulder.

She accessorized with Rene Caovilla Swarovski snake sandals, sparkling silver clutch, dazzling hoop earrings, cuff in her left arm and a circular ring on her right hand ring finger.

Her long hair, styled straight, cascaded down her back. She wore plum lip gloss, blue eye shadow and clumpy eyelashes.

Shah Rukh looked dapper and his cheerful self dressed in black pants, chocolate dress shirt and wet look tousled hair.

Gauri looked a stunner in a strapless red asymmetrical dress, red clutch and studded cross strap sandals.

While Rani has become a regular at fashion shows lately, Shah Rukh is usually hard pressed for time. It was a lucky night, if not for Rani, then the photogs who got to snap the couple with her.

Rani's drop waist dress had plunging cowl neck, wide shoulder straps, cinched drop-waist and flared skirt.

The 32-year-old bongshell accessorized with black classic pumps, black clutch, sparkling bracelet in her left arm, a ring in the left hand ring finger and a cocktail ring in her right hand index finger.

Her hair, styled stick straight with a middle parting, draped her back with bangs framing her face. She wore thick kajal eyeliner, eyelash extensions and coco lipstick.

The Black star was in a very cheerful mood as she posed for photogs with Manish Malhotra and her Bollywood colleagues - Preity Zinta, Priyanka Chopra, Amisha Patel, Urmila Matondkar, Sameera Reddy and Sophie Chaudhury.

Rani is looking good and in her element; hopefully she is ready to reassert her considerable talent and put some Bollywood PYTs in their place.

Rani looked beautiful and content as she posed for photogs with Aamir Khan and wife Kiran Rao.

The usually style challenged 32-year-old Black star rocked a V neckline half sleeve dress with banded elastic cuffs and wide banded hem. She accessorized with tan ankle strap heels, leather purse and an orange garland in the neck.

She wore light makeup. Her waist length straight hair casually draped her right shoulder.

Over the past couple of years, Rani has shied away from public appearances because of the media's interest in her personal life.

She made an exception last month for pals Aamir and Kiran when she attended the Peepli Live music launch. On Tuesday, she rallied behind the filmmaker couple once again, an indication of their deep friendship and mutual respect as professionals.

A talent power house, Rani seems to have lost her way in Bollywood. We would love to see her out and about a lot more like old time times, even if she occasionally rubs the press the wrong way.
