Kareena Kapoor celebrate her 30th birthday with Saif today: Back-to-back ad shoots, painstaking films schedules and amidst all this comes her birthday. What will the gorgeous Kareena Kapoor do?

Her beau Saif Ali Khan  is waiting to hold her in his arms in Paris and she is here in India, weak and under the weather after a thoroughly exhausting work schedule.

To top it, it’s Kareena’s birthday today. And she is thousands of miles away from Saif who has planned a special evening for her in Paris.

Kareena has been ill since Saturday and was on medications. She came to India from Latvia for just three days and was shooting non-stop for three commercials. In the meantime she even arranged a special party for Malaika Arora for her ‘Munni’ success, and squeezed out time to attend Tusshar Kapoor’s bash.

Now that she’s ill, exhausted, spent, Kareena has to fly to Paris to be with her man on her birthday. Her mom Babita told her not to travel in this poor health. But Bebo has packed her bags and left for Paris.

“This is one time I can't listen to mom,” Bebo is quoted as saying.

Saif has reportedly planned a special dinner for her at Johnny Depp’s Ritz Hotel in Paris, and also a short getaway in the city. Birthdays are time to be with someone special. Right, Bebo!

Kareena with Saif celebrate her birthday in Latvia in Eastern Europe: Kareena Kapoor will bring in her birthday not in Mumbai but far away in Latvia in Eastern Europe.

On September 21, which is Tuesday next week, Kareena turns 30. But she will be busy shooting for boyfriend Saif Ali Khan’s home production Agent Vinod in Latvia. So while her dear elder sister Karisma Kapoor won’t be by her side on her birthday, Saif will indeed hope to make the day special for Bebo.

Kareena will be away from Mumbai for a month long shoot. Her role in Agent Vinod is very demanding and requires her to do risky stunts. A bit of birthday celebration in between hectic shoots will no doubt please Kareena.

We hear Saif plans to fly Bebo’s mom Babita to Latvia on September 21.

The actress, who turns 30 on September 21, will be shooting for beau Saif Ali Khan’s home production ‘Agent Vinod’ in Latvia.

The actress had earlier this year missed her sister Karisma`s birthday as she was shooting in London with Shah Rukh Khan for ‘Ra.One’. However, the silver lining for Kareena is that Saif will be with her.

As for Saif’s special plans for Kareena, the actor is planning to surprise his lady by flying down her mother to Latvia.

Talking about her packed schedule, Kareena said, “What can I do? I barely have time to breathe. I just came to Mumbai for two days after being away for 25 days. Now, I`m off to Latvia for over a month`s shooting,"

Confirming that the shooting of Madhur Bhandarkar`s ‘Heroine’ has been postponed Kareena says, "Madhur is still working on the script. We`ll start shooting the film when the script is ready in the next three months. Right now, Madhur is busy with Dil To Bachcha Hai Jee."
